Kris Rudarmel (and husband/business partner, Frank) had a dream to create a World Class Company. Years before, their own basement flooded and they had a bad experience with the flood company that helped them.
At that precise moment they knew they could create a spectacular customer service culture with Raving Clients. The company launched in 2005 with a rusty van and a set of inexpensive business cards. Their goal was to be a Customer Service Company first and service based company second.
15 years later the results are a successful, thriving company that began as a bootstrapped start-up.

Kris (and Frank) believe “It is the relationship, the reputation, the client experience, the way we serve them that make our clients loyal.” They created a company with trust, character, concern, competency, appreciation, validation, dedication, strong ethics and passion. They continually demonstrate these attributes in their community.
They have been recognized with 13 awards in an 8 year time period. Kris was an International Stevie Bronze award winner along with a National award for Women in Restoration (2nd runner up).
